Shipping Policy
Orders will ship between 1 and 3 days after purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.
In the rare event that we are unable to ship your item internationally due to cost, risk of damage, or export laws, we will notify you immediately and a refund will be issued.
Return Policy
We invite you to use our "see it in your room" tool, our text chat button, or you may reach out to us to consult with one of our curators before placing your order. We are happy to help ensure that you select the perfect piece for your space.
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are happy with your purchase. We understand the importance of lighting, furnishings and flooring. Sometimes the rug is just not right in your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your rug purchase, you may return it to us for a refund less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping (rugs on hold will also be subject to restocking fees). Alternatively, you may return for a store credit in which you will receive the full sale price less the cost of shipping both ways. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All return orders must be postmarked no later than 3 days after delivery. All returned items must be in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Rugs that are purchased and held (i.e. stored in our warehouse) are subject to the same return/refund policy in which the buyer has 3 days post purchase for a refund.
Advertised promotional prices are valid only for the time that the promotion and are not applicable to future or past orders.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Orders that are not in the original condition in which they were shipped.
- Items past the 3 day delivery date or paid and stored items past 3 days of purchase.
- Black Friday, final sale and promotional sale orders. Please note: story sale purchases can be returned for a refund less 10% of the purchase price and the cost of shipping.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@heirlooms.co to begin your return. Once authorized, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
