In-stock rugs typically ship within 3–5 business days, while custom and made-to-order pieces follow their individual production timelines. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include handling and insurance. Customers are responsible for any international duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.

Trade members may request rugs on memo for client approvals or photo shoots, subject to availability and approval.
