United States:
In-stock rugs ship quickly ā typically within the same day to a few business days. Please note we do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays for regular ground service.
Ground shipping is complimentary within the U.S. Expedited options are available for an additional fee at checkout.
International Orders:
Weāre delighted to ship worldwide. International rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT imposed by the destination country.

Custom Order Rugs
Custom rugs are made-to-order and require a production lead time based on size, design complexity, and material availability. Each product page includes an estimated lead time for your convenience.

Tariffs & Duties
Tariffs are government-imposed import fees that some countries charge on goods entering their borders. These charges vary depending on your countryās customs regulations.
If applicable, they will be billed directly by your local customs office or shipping carrier once your order arrives in your country. These fees are not included in your Heir Looms purchase price or shipping cost.
