Product Videos!

Good news! My website now has the ability to display videos of rugs. While I do my best to edit photos, video does a much better job of showing a rug's true color and texture. I will be working to update each product with video as soon as possible. If, in the meantime, you do not see video of a rug you are interested in, please reach out to me so that I can prioritize your product. You may text 954.604.7063 with inquiries.

Thank you!

Nicki

SHIPPING

Heir Looms ships nationwide and internationally, with all orders carefully packaged and insured for safe delivery. In-stock rugs typically ship within 3–6 business days, while custom and made-to-order pieces follow their individual production timelines. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include handling and insurance. Customers are responsible for any international duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.

RETURNS

Heir Looms accepts returns on vintage and in-stock modern rugs within three days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. A 10% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs apply to all returns. Custom and made-to-order rugs may be canceled within 24 hours but are final sale once production begins. Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

TRADE ACCOUNTS

Heir Looms offers exclusive trade accounts for qualified design professionals, providing access to preferred pricing, personalized service, and early access to new collections.
