Description
Exquisite Haji Jalili rug woven in the 1880's. This large rug features a soft neutral base and an all over pattern of geometric symbols. The colors have been softened through an antique washing process that allows the piece to fit into an array of styles. Despite the overall neutral aesthetic, there are plenty of interesting tones such as marigold and pink that can be pulled out with artwork and other decor. Even and lovely patina but well suited for high traffic.
