Antique Persian Gallery rug, woven in the early 20th century. Traditional tribal design, woven in the city of Shiraz. This rug displays many of the common symbols and motifs such as the star, hook, running water, and burdock. These symbols center around life protection and enhancement. Safe for medium traffic areas with a rug pad due to the wool on wool foundation nature of this piece.
