Description
Kuba Caucasian snowflake motif runner dated 1906 The white rectangles along the bottom edge of the inner field contain Arabic numerals and Persian words. The visible numerals seem to resemble: ۱۳۲۴ (1324 AH) = roughly 1906 AD The characters on the far lower right (resembles a backwards "4" with two vertical lines) could be either a tribal mark or weaver's initials—not a standard Arabic word.
