To order a sample in an available color, please add the sample to your cart. We allow 30 days for you to return the sample for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Custom color samples are available for purchase. Please expect a lead time for custom color samples. For more information about custom sample orders, please contact us.

Upon placing your custom order, your card will be charged in full. We will reach out to you with a lead time for your custom order within 2 business days of placing your order. Please note that hand made rugs may have variations in color, size and pattern. This is a unique characteristic to one of a kind, made by hand items and is not considered a defect. Dye lots may vary between 10-15%. In addition, there are differences between screens that may result in variations in hue. To confirm your color and additional details, please reach out to us to order a sample or pom. 

While our in stock and vintage collection ships for free, our made to order rugs require special shipping and handling. We partner with UPS to provide the most reasonable domestic shipping rates possible. On average, made to order rugs incur a shipping fee of $200-1500 depending on the size, weight and origin of the rug. A fixed shipping price will be included in your quotation and is good for 30 days.
