SHIPPING
Orders will ship between 1 and 3 days after purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately. We offer expedited 2 day shipping for extra $65. Please send an email to info@heirlooms.co if you require overnight shipping.
Shipping Fees
- United States and Canada: shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- All other countries: We offer worldwide shipping for a flat rate of $200. Small rugs may ship for less. You may wish to contact shipping@heirlooms.co to see if there is a less expensive shipping option.
In the rare event that we are unable to ship your item internationally due to cost, risk of damage, or export laws, we will notify you immediately and a refund will be issued.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. We understand the importance of lighting, furnishings and flooring. Sometimes the rug is just not right in your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your rug purchase, you may return it to us for arefund less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping both ways.Alternatively, you may return for astore creditin which you will receive the full sale price less the cost of shipping both ways. Please see below for more information on our return policy.Please note that as of March 20, 2022 all purchases under $500 are final sale.
