SHIPPING
Heir Looms ships nationwide and internationally, with all orders carefully packaged and insured for safe delivery. In-stock rugs typically ship within 3–5 business days, while custom and made-to-order pieces follow their individual production timelines. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include handling and insurance. Customers are responsible for any international duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.
RETURNS
Heir Looms accepts returns on vintage and in-stock modern rugs within three days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. A 10% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs apply to all returns. Custom and made-to-order rugs may be canceled within 24 hours but are final sale once production begins. Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
TRADE ACCOUNTS
Heir Looms offers exclusive trade accounts for qualified design professionals, providing access to preferred pricing, personalized service, and early access to new collections. Trade members may request rugs on memo for client approvals or photo shoots, subject to availability and approval. In-stock and made-to-order pieces are offered with trade-exclusive pricing tailored to professional needs. To apply, designers may complete the trade application available through our website.
