We process most orders within 1 to 3 business days. If there is an exception, we will contact you immediately. If you need your order to be shipped by or held until a later ship date, please let us know as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped by ground. If you need your order expedited, please let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Payment for expedited shipping must be collected prior to shipment.

On occasion, we will send a rug out on approval for 3 business days. We ask that you please try the rug and then pick it up immediately. Returned rugs must be in the same condition as they were sent out. You are responsible for any damage or loss in value. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
It is very important to us that you love your rug. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 3 days of receiving it. You will be issued a refund, less the amount for return shipping, AFTER we have the rug and have inspected it. You are responsible for covering the cost of any damage or loss in value to the rug while it was in your care.
